In this paper, the author focuses on the relevance of integrated approach with the four traditional language skills in the English as a Foreign Language (EFL) classroom from the balance of advantages and disadvantages of the approach. The article also explores how the integrated-skills approach as a teaching tool offers valuable opportunities to develop foreign language skills in an enhanced environment which promotes cooperative and autonomous learning in the EFL class Electronic Resources
