The main method used is the questionnaire. The scale was constructed to
compute the rank of respondents about recruiting, training, creativity and team work-related things out.
This study used the outline of research investigating the description. What kind of scale going into recruitment, training, creativity and team work.
Results and Conclusions
The purpose of this study was to conduct An Analysis of Orgnization Culture of National Committee for Ethnic and Minority Affairs in Vietnam by means of determining the superiors and organization staff's assessment on the incidence of critical recruitment; training; creative and teamwork so that proposal for a Organization culture Development Program can be made to the management.
Through research, the authors have found the problem that the policy as well as the practices of the Commission are the direction as good as the issue of
employment, promote creativity of everyone and special issue of coordination between departments and individual well. However, the issue of enhancing capacity for each member through learning and cultivate new knowledge, has not been done well, whether that Commission had certain policies and regulation. That i meant that this should be addressed and be given attention by the management.
Thus, organization culture formed the Organization's own characteristics, it
develops and creates a close relationship among researchers, it connects them
together with a link and improve working relationships within the facility. Positive effect from the organization culture is to create a strong voice, valued in the
leadership, directs the operation of the facility, at the same time create beautiful images, comprehensive of an organization and vice versa.
For the National Committee for Ethnic and Minority Affairs in Vietnam, an
organization had expertise, finding good solutions to the problem of building cultural institutions conform to capacity building activities require deep research
articles, both in theory and practice. Current Committee does not have subject research on culture, hopefully in the future Committee will have such an investment
or scientific topics related to construction and development of culture, especially the human problem in construction and development of culture.
Limitations and proposed next steps
This study relates to the level of recruitment, training, creativity and team work of the organization. Related standards for the policies and practices. The results are clarified through interviews.
Moreover, the question is managed closely to controllers and staff organization whom is longtime and frequent staff of the organization. The quality of answer still depends on the knowledge, ability and experience of respondents.
Contribution the thesis
This study serves as one of the basis for developing a human resource
program to promote organizational development.
Specifically, this study will be significant to the following:
National Committee for Ethnic and Minority Affairs in Vietnam top management. First understand more deeply their policy and practice that impairs the attainment of organizational objectives and goals.
National Committee for Ethnic and Minority Affairs in Vietnam staff will benefit from the possible opportunities that maybe derived from the improved human resource program.
Finally, other organizations or entities whom may have similar management scenario, that somehow through this study their respective problems may likewise be addressed too.
