Help. Lỗi microsoft office professional plus 2013 encountered an error during setup

Như tiêu đề mình đang gặp phải lỗi trên. Đã thử rất nhiều cách trên mạng nhưng vẫn không được. Bác nào giúp với. Teamviewer được càng tốt ạ.

mình thấy bên microsoft:

Step 1:

Run the fix it from the following link to remove traces of Office:

You must be registered for see links

**** vào link trên down cái tool về fix

Step 2:

Once the fix it process is complete try the step below to rename the Microsoft Giúp Folder and check if it helps:

· Hold Windows key + R.

· Copy and paste, or type the following command in the Open box, and then press Enter:

%Programdata%

Rename the 'Microsoft Help' folder as 'Microsoft Help. OLD'

****giữ nút windows + R rồi search %Programdata% , sau đó đổi tên thư mục 'Microsoft Help' thành 'Microsoft Help. OLD'

Restart the computer and then try to càiOffice 2013 in windows clean boot mode and check if it helps:

****restart lại máy, rồi cài lại thử
