vào C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts mở bằng notepad, nếu lúc trước bạn có sửa cái này để vào facebook rùi thì xóa những phần bạn vừa thêm vào đi còn lại thê này (mặc định file host):

Bạn sửa dòng trên cùng số 2009 thành 1999 xong save lại + kết hợp DNS của google. Giờ bạn vào thử facebook xem.
