Minami Itsuki (Ikki) là một học sinh và cũng là một tay anh chị khét tiếng. Cậu được mệnh danh là “mặt sữa vô địch” và cầm đầu băng nhóm “East Side Gunz”. Ikki sống cùng với chị em nhà Noyamano bí ẩn và quyến rũ. Sau khi bị đánh bại bởi một nhóm Storm Rider có tên là Skull Saders, Ikki tình cờ phát hiện ra bí mật (an ninh) của chị em nhà Noyamano, họ thực ra là thành viên của nhóm Stormrider Sleeping forest. Điều này vừa khiến cho Ikki tức giận và cậu quyết định lấy trộm một đôi AT (Air Treck - một loại giầy trượt gắn động cơ, có tốc độ chóng mặt và giúp cho người trượt có thể “bay”). Cuối cùng thì Ikki cũng thanh toán hận thù với Skull Saders, tuy nhiên cậu còn muốn được “bay” nhiều hơn nữa, kết quả là nhân vật chính bướng bỉnh của chúng ta vừa nhanh chóng bị cuốn vào thế giới Air Treck đầy kì bí và hấp dẫn.
