Không thể đổi hình nền desktop , không thể mở DLLFIXER.EXE

Cứ mỗi lần mình muốn thay đổi hình nền thì máy báo như thế này



Định bổ sung file rundll32.exe bằng DLL fixer thì cái này


ai biết nó bị lỗi gì chỉ mình với

Chạy file reg vừa tạo-->OK add vào Registry

Restart máy
