Mất hết profile khi restart lại máy...

khi khởi động vào windown nó xuất hiện 2 bảng thoại có nội dung như sau :

Windows cannot load your profile because it may be corrupted. Contact your administrator.

Windows cannot find the local profile and is logging you on with temporaty profile. Changes you make to this profile will be lost when you log off.


nhờ mấy pro giúp giùm mình với: đây là lỗi gì, khắc phục như thế nào?

bạn xem thông báo lỗi là gì?


mình cũng mới xử lý xong cho máy a kia, do a đó chép một file lạ gì đó nên bị disable, xóa file đó đi là xong.
